Ever since I was a young girl, I had always dreamed of being a wedding cake baker. Thus, I went to the culinary arts school near my house in Carlsbad. After several years of hard work, I had finally completed my training, and I am now a certified wedding cake baker. To my surprised, the ingredients of an 8-layered chocolate, mocha, and vanilla flavored wedding cake cost more than what I expected. I needed some capital to make this a really good one. I could go for cheaper ingredients but I knew it wouldn’t help me gain more customers in the future.

My friends and I were so happy that day when the embarrassing incident happened. We were window shopping at a mall in Roswell when the accident occurred.
